Requirements Gathering
Our team work through your requirements with you and other key stakeholders such as your trading partners, subcontractors, and IT providers/consultants, to understand what integration solution would work best for your business. This may involve reviewing your system and its data to ensure we've considered everything.
Whether it's PDF reading that you're after, simple data mapping or you have special business rules that need to be taken into account, we have you covered.
Setup & Mapping
Once we understand your requirements, our integration experts get to work on developing the integration using our powerful integration platform, factoring in you and your trading partner's specific business rules to ensure the integration will work best for you.
Testing & Go-live
Crossfire uses a testing framework to ensure testing is comprehensive and the integration will work smoothly once it's live. No matter if we're integrating your internal systems, or integrating your systems with your trading partners or other third parties, we understand what scenarios need to be tested.
Once testing has been signed off by all parties involved, a go-live date is agreed upon. We then move the integration to our live environment and closely monitor the data passing between systems to ensure any issues can be resolved quickly.
Monitoring
If data is missing or incorrect, issues can arise. Crossfire has a 24/7 message monitoring system that raises alerts and notifications if problems occur.
Crossfire's system also has connectivity and server monitoring in place to ensure if any connections with a system or a connectivity method like an AS2 or SFTP go down, we are notified and can notify you in turn. If unexpected high-volumes of data are processed through the Crossfire platform at any given time, we have a process that can queue messages and alerts the team to resolve this.
Support and Issue Resolution
Crossfire has a dedicated, in-house support team that you can contact via phone and email. You'll often be dealing with the person that worked on your integration if any issues arise.
Crossfire has error management processes in place that alerts our team if anything happens, allowing us to often resolve issues before our customers are even aware that they've occurred. This allows you to have the confidence that if your staff are away or are dealing with other priorities, Crossfire has you covered.
Hosting
All our services are hosted on scalable AWS services, meaning that hosting isn't something you need to concern yourself with as part of your integration solution. AWS offers performance, redundancy, and security with 99.9% up-time.
We have a range of options from our high-value SaaS offering through to Enterprise offerings with dedicated tenancy to meet security requirements and provide dedicated resources with 100% up-time.
